You may also be wondering how we handle merchandise returns or shipping. At Houser Shoes, we want our customers to be 100 percent happy with their new shoe purchase. That’s why we accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Maybe you love your shoes, but they just don’t seem to fit perfectly. Perhaps you decide you want different color or style. Our return policy is simple. Package the shoes up as you received them and ship them back. If you need a different size, place your order at any time during the return process.

Our Houser Shoes website has been growing and expanding since 2004 and we are proud to serve customers from across the nation. Houser Shoes also has 10 retail locations sprinkled throughout the Southeast. If you live near a store, we invite you to stop in and say hello. Please note that unfortunately, we are not able to ship to PO or APO boxes at this time. All of our deliveries are shipped via FedEx shipping services.     How do I return my shoes?

  • If you would like to return any items, you can just send them back to our warehouse. Items must be returned within 30 days. Items must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.  For more details, see our returns page.

    Do you sell used/second-hand/knock-off shoes?

  • We only sell new, first quality merchandise purchased directly from the manufacturers.

    I know my European size, what US size do I wear?

  • Often, manufacturers have different size conversions for EU to US shoe sizes.  Please refer to our sizing guide.  Since your foot is three-dimensional, any two-dimensional measurement can only approximate your true shoe size.  Please also keep in mind that manufacturers sizing may vary.

    If I wear a certain size in women's, what size do I wear in men's/kids'?

  • Generally, women's sizes are marked 1.5 to 2 sizes larger than men's and kids' sizes.  For example, if you wear a women's size 9, you should be able to fit into a men's size 7 or 7.5.  For more accurate sizing, refer to our sizing guide.

    When will my shoes arrive?

  • Houser Shoes believes getting your items to you quickly is important.  We make every effort to process your order within 24 business hours.  Online orders will arrive within 3-5 business days to most locations with standard ground shipping.

    Do you ship to PO/APO boxes?

  • Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO or APO boxes at this time. All of our merchandise is shipped through FedEx services.

    Do you ship outside the US?

  • Unfortunately, we cannot ship outside the US at this time.  If you wish to use a third-party service, you may try iShopUSA.

    Do you have any coupons?
