My husband and I were driving by the area looking at the leaves and came to GB Shoes in Hendersonville. Our son was in need of some new tennis shoes. We found a pair of Sketchers at a great price, however, after nine days the strap on one of the shoes started coming apart. (I would like to add that Skecher shoes are usually of the highest quality.) We took the shoes back with our receipt and GB Shoes was wonderful. Why Would You Shop Anywhere Else

I have been researching Cole Haan shoes for best price, availability, etc.. You see I have been wearing this brand for a long time and I feel comfortable shopping online since I know the size I have been buying.
HouserShoes was on a comparison shopping site and about $20 less than the next closest price (I sorted by price low-high). So why would these other stores even bother? I paid no tax and they shipped free (got them in 3 days).
If they are this good on this shoe I can imagine what their prices are like on others. I am going to spread the word around where I work and in my social network about this company. In times like these where saving a few dollars where you can helps - it only makes sense to shop here.

I recently purchased a pair or sanuk shoes for my daughter who is a cadet in a military academy. The shoes arrived promptly for Christmas, but when my daughter tried them on, she discovered that one shoe was a size 8 and the other a size 6. I called Houser Shoes the day after christmas, and was helped by a very nice man who understood our problem of exchanging them, and getting the correct pair back to us before my daughter left again for the academy. I was emailed a return slip for the wrongly sized shoes, and was told that the new pair would ship even before they received the incorrexct ones back. The properly sized shoes arrived as promised days before she left, along with a 20% off coupon for my next purchase! I recently shopped at another famous brand store and saw the shoes I ordered today at that store. The famous store did not have my size and I asked the clerk to see if the shoe was in stock at another store. The store that had the shoe in my size was over 40 miles away. I went home, not very happy and decided to use my search engine to specify the exact shoe I was looking for. Your website popped up and all I can say is WOW! Not only did I find the shoe I was looking for in my size, I also found a lot of the shoes I'd seen before at other stores that were higher priced and not in my size just the opposite at your site. I'm a very pleased consumer at this point. I plan to visit your sight on a frequent basis. I'm glad I've found an alternative to buying great quality affordable shoes.

Just wanted to say thanks for the Rockport Colfax's I ordered a couple weeks back. They shipped out extremely quickly, and even more importantly they were a full $20 cheaper than I could buy them for locally (in Pennsylvania). You customer service rep on the phone was extremely helpful. Goes to show that good customer service and rock bottom prices can go hand in hand. Hopefully Ill be ordering from you guys for many of my future shoe purchases! Thanks!
