  • Houser Shoes currently only ships orders to locations within the United States.

  • Houser Shoes currently only accepts payment from accounts based in the United States.
  • Weekend or holiday deliveries are not available.
  • Houser Shoes is not responsible for delayed delivery due to inclement weather.
  • Orders are generally shipped between 24-48 hours following order placement.
  • Please note: Orders with billing address errors may be delayed until the correct information is obtained.
  • Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated for your location through the FedEx service during checkout.
  • Orders totaling $50.00 or more qualify for free FedEx Ground shipping within the continental United States.
  • Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
  • Shipping options and prices are shown during checkout or from your shopping cart.
  • Free shipping does not apply to express shipping types.
  • Express charges vary depending on location and delivery type and are displayed for selection during checkout or from your shopping cart.
  • Carrier

  • All orders are shipped via FedEx.
  • Standard shipping is FedEx Ground (3-6 business days from ship date).
  • All orders are shipped from the east coast. Standard west coast deliveries take approximately five (5) business days to arrive.
  • If you require express shipping, rates and delivery options are available during checkout or from your shopping cart.
  • Order Tracking

  • Once an order is shipped, you will receive the tracking information for your order via email.
  • Return Policy

  • We will be glad to accept returns or exchange items within 30 days from the date of sale.
  • Visit HouserShoes.com/Returns to submit your Return or Exchange.
  • Any items returned must be sent back prepaid in the same condition as when originally shipped.
  • HouserShoes.com is not responsible for the shipping cost of returns.
  • Worn shoes are not accepted unless due to a manufacturer defect (to be determined by Houser Shoes upon receipt).
  • All products MUST be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Failure to do so will result in a 20% restocking fee. (DO NOT TAPE SHOE BOX)
  • To help keep costs low, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Please note: While returns may be shipped back by the most convenient method, HouserShoes.com is not responsible for lost return packages that are uninsured and untraceable.
