- We will be glad to accept returns or
exchange items within 30 days from the date of sale
- Visit www.housershoes.com/returns.html to receive a return authorization before shipping back your return.
- Any items returned must be
sent back prepaid in the SAME CONDITION as when originally
shipped
- Worn shoes are not accepted
unless due to a manufacturer defect (to be determined by Houser
Shoes upon receipt)
- To help keep costs low,
shipping and handling charges
are not refundable

orders to locations within the United States
- Houser Shoes currently only accepts
payment from accounts based in the United States

your location through the FedEx service during checkout.
- Orders totaling $50.00 or more
qualify for FREE FedEx
Ground shipping within the continental United States!!

Carrier
- All orders are shipped via FedEx
- Standard shipping is FedEx Ground (3-6
business days from ship date)
- All orders are shipped from the east
coast. Standard west coast deliveries take approximately five
business days to arrive.
- If you require express shipping,
