Return
Policy: |
- We will be glad to accept returns or
exchange items within 30 days from the date of sale
- Sign into your account and select your order from "View Order History" to receive a return authorization (RMA) before shipping your return.
- If you did not create an account at HouserShoes.com, you may contact our customer
service department for your RMA number
- Any items returned must be
sent back prepaid in the SAME CONDITION as when originally
shipped
- Worn shoes are not accepted
unless due to a manufacturer defect (to be determined by Houser
Shoes upon receipt)
- To help keep costs low,
shipping and handling charges
are not refundable

- Houser Shoes currently only ships
orders to locations within the United States
- Houser Shoes currently only accepts
payment from accounts based in the United States
- Orders are generally shipped on the
next business day following order placement*
- Weekend or holiday deliveries are not available

- Shipping charges are calculated for
your location through the UPS service during checkout.
- Orders totaling $50.00 or more
qualify for FREE UPS
Ground shipping within the continental United States!!
- Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping options and prices are shown during checkout or from your shopping cart.
- Free shipping does not apply to
express shipping types. Express charges vary
depending on location and delivery type and are displayed for selection during checkout or from your shopping

Carrier
- All orders are shipped via UPS
- Standard shipping is UPS Ground (3-6
business days from ship date)
- All orders are shipped from the east
coast. Standard west coast deliveries take approximately five
business days to arrive.
- If you require express shipping,
rates and delivery options are available during checkout or from
your shopping cart.

- Once an order is shipped, you will
receive the tracking information for your order via email.
