Return Policy:
  • We will be glad to accept returns or exchange items within 30 days from the date of sale
  • Sign into your account and select your order from "View Order History" to receive a return authorization (RMA) before shipping your return.
  • If you did not create an account at HouserShoes.com, you may contact our customer service department for your RMA number
  • Any items returned must be sent back prepaid in the SAME CONDITION as when originally shipped
  • Worn shoes are not accepted unless due to a manufacturer defect (to be determined by Houser Shoes upon receipt)
  • To help keep costs low, shipping and handling charges are not refundable

  • Houser Shoes currently only ships orders to locations within the United States
  • Houser Shoes currently only accepts payment from accounts based in the United States
  • Orders are generally shipped on the next business day following order placement*
  • Weekend or holiday deliveries are not available

Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated for your location through the UPS service during checkout.
  • Orders totaling $50.00 or more qualify for FREE UPS Ground shipping within the continental United States!!
  • Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping options and prices are shown during checkout or from your shopping cart.
  • Free shipping does not apply to express shipping types. Express charges vary depending on location and delivery type and are displayed for selection during checkout or from your shopping cart.

Carrier

  • All orders are shipped via UPS
  • Standard shipping is UPS Ground (3-6 business days from ship date)
  • All orders are shipped from the east coast. Standard west coast deliveries take approximately five business days to arrive.
  • If you require express shipping, rates and delivery options are available during checkout or from your shopping cart.

  • Once an order is shipped, you will receive the tracking information for your order via email.
