To enter the drawing for a free pair of shoes from
HouserShoes.com, simply join our email mailing list by visiting http://www.housershoes.com/maillistsubscribe.html
or by clicking the WIN FREE SHOES link on any page at HouserShoes.com.
Users already subscribed to the mailing list are automatically entered
into the drawing, no further action is necessary. A valid email address
and contact name is required for eligibility. Email addresses can only be
entered once. No purchase is necessary – purchases will not increase
your chances of winning. Odds of winning depend upon the number of
eligible entrants.
As a HouserShoes.com newsletter subscriber, you will
periodically receive information regarding the latest products available at
HouserShoes.com, pertinent company news, information that will help you
make the most informed purchase decisions, and exclusive promotional
discounts only available to our subscribers, and much more. You may
unsubscribe from the email list at any time through the link on our
customer service page or the link provided in all newsletter
correspondence. Once unsubscribed from our list, you are no longer
eligible for the free shoe giveaway.
Drawings are held bi-weekly. Winners are selected at
random from among all eligible entrants and are contacted via the entrant
email address. Winners are posted on HouserShoes.com once confirmation is
made with the winner. If we are unable to contact the selected winner
within 48 hours or if the email is undeliverable, the selected winner’s
prize is forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected. Each
email address may only win one time.

Upon being selected for the free shoe drawing,
winners will receive a coupon code good for up to $75 off any single pair
of shoes or other single product available at HouserShoes.com. This prize
is only good at HouserShoes.com and will not be honored at any of our
retail locations. Prizes will not be substituted. The winning coupon must
be used within 365 days of winning at which time the prize become null and
void. Winner is responsible for all taxes and shipping costs associated
with the prize. By accepting the prize, winners grant HouserShoes.com
permission to use their name, city, and state for the promotion of
HouserShoes.com without notice or compensation.
Prize merchandise may be returned within 30 days at customers expense. Winners
returning prize merchandise for exchange are responsible for all applicable
shipping charges associated with the exchange and any merchandise price
differences. Customers returning prize merchandise for refund will receive
a credit of the difference originally paid if merchandise was over the $75
prize amount. Otherwise, no credit will be issued.
HouserShoes.com employees and their immediate
families are not eligible. The free shoe giveaway is only open to legal
US residents 18 years old or older. Entrants agree to indemnify
HouserShoes.com for any damage or loss resulting from contest
participation, acceptance of prize, or prize collection. HouserShoes.com
will not be held responsible for typographical errors, incomplete, or
undeliverable entries. If contest interference, fraudulent, or automated
entries are detected or suspected, HouserShoes.com reserves the right to
remove any and all entries involved at our sole discretion. We also
reserve the right to cancel or suspend the giveaway if we feel the contest
has been compromised or rendered unfair due to unforeseen circumstances.
The first name and first initial of the winner’s
last name will be posted on HouserShoes.com after each drawing is
completed and confirmed. If you desire a list of contest winners’ first
name and last initial for a given month, send a self addressed, stamped
envelope to HouserShoes.com, Attn: Shoe Giveaway, 5418 Asheville Highway,
Hendersonville, NC 28791
after the last day of said month and within two months of the requested
month. Only one month may be requested per envelope, be sure to specify
which month you are requesting. Please allow up to five business days for
this information to be mailed out. HouserShoes.com is not responsible for
lost mail or requests not adhering to the terms above.
