Founded in 1971 by father and son Saul & Bruce Katz, Rockport became the first footwear company to use advanced materials and technologies to create lightweight, comfortable footwear, all while selling their product out of the back of their van. Through the years, Rockport has grown into a well-known corporation, constantly evolving ahead of the popular trends. Currently, Rockport has a fine line of sandals, boat shoes, boots, oxfords, loafers, and walking shoes for men, women and children.
